Государственная архивная служба Кыргызской Республики оказывает
содействие в сохранности, комплектовании и использовании
негосударственных архивов.
Собственники негосударственных архивов и архивных документов,
отнесенных к составу Национального архивного фонда Кыргызской
Республики и принятых на государственный учет, имеют право передавать
их на хранение в государственные архивы, на создание страховых копий,
реставрацию, публикацию и экспонирование.
