На всех членов семьи, имеющих право на пенсию, назначается одна общая пенсия. По требованию члена семьи его доля пенсии выделяется и выплачивается ему отдельно. Выделение доли пенсии производится с первого числа месяца, следующего за тем месяцем, в котором поступило заявление о разделе пенсии.
