Каждый владелец или эксплуатант воздушного судна, осуществляющего полеты в пределах территории Кыргызской Республики, обязан страховать свою ответственность за ущерб, причиненный пассажиру, багажу, грузу или почте, принятым к перевозке, членам экипажа, обслуживающему персоналу, любому пользователю его услуг, а также третьим лицам в течение полета или в результате оказания услуг или осуществления деятельности, связанной с эксплуатацией воздушного судна.
