Исполнение местных бюджетов осуществляется местными
государственными администрациями (аильных и поселковых бюджетов -
непосредственно соответствующими кенешами) через региональные
отделения Казначейства, местные финансовые, налоговые и таможенные
органы в соответствии с росписями доходов и расходов, составленными на
основании утвержденных бюджетов.
