В местные бюджеты могут направляться субвенции из вышестоящих
бюджетов, которые используются строго на цели, предусмотренные
абзацем четвертым части четвертой статьи 31 и абзацем четвертым пункта
"а" части второй статьи 33 настоящего Закона.
