Операции в иностранной валюте с физическими лицами, производимые на профессиональной основе вправе осуществлять только уполномоченные банки и обменные бюро. Разовые обменные операции между национальной и иностранной наличной валютой не ограничиваются. Уполномоченные банки и обменные бюро осуществляют операции(сделки) по обмену иностранной валюты с физическими лицами свыше пороговой суммы, установленной Законом Кыргызской Республики "О противодейст- вии финансированию терроризма и легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем", только при предъявлении физическим лицом документа, удостоверяющего личность.
