1. В учредительных документах коммандитного товарищества должно быть указано его фирменное наименование, которое должно содержать имена всех полных товарищей, а также слова "коммандитное товарищество" либо имя не менее чем одного полного товарища с добавлением слов "и компания", а также слова "коммандитное товарищество".
2. Учредительные документы коммандитного товарищества должны также содержать сведения, предусмотренные пунктами 7 и 8 статьи 4 настоящего Закона.
