Основными функциями Налоговой службы являются сбор налогов, обес-

печение исполнения требований Налогового кодекса, изучение его эффек-

тивности и влияния на развитие рыночной экономики, а также участие в

подготовке проектов договоров по вопросам налогообложения с другими го-

сударствами.
