Уполномоченный государственный орган, определяемый Правительством

Кыргызской Республики, обязан разработать соответствующие формы доку-

ментации по налогам; подготовить инструкции по процедуре представления

всей требуемой документации согласно статье 8 настоящего Кодекса.
