Для обеспечения контроля за правильным начислением и своевременной выплатой пособий и компенсаций по государственному социальному страхованию страхователем создается комиссия по социальному страхованию из представителей работодателя, профсоюзного комитета и трудового коллектива или избирается уполномоченный по социальному страхованию. Комиссия или уполномоченный по социальному страхованию также рассматривает споры между застрахованными лицами и страхователями. (В редакции Закона КР от 30 июня 2005 года № 86)
