ранее действовавшим законодательством, не истекли до 1 июня 1996 года.
К предусмотренному пунктом 2 статьи 199 Кодекса иску о признании
оспоримой сделки недействительной и о применении последствий ее
недействительности, право на предъявление которого возникло до 1
июня 1996 года, применяется срок исковой давности, установленный для
соответствующих исков ранее действовавшим законодательством.
