Кыргызской Республики применяются постольку, поскольку они не
противоречат части первой Кодекса. При этом нормативные акты
Президента Кыргызской Республики и Правительства Кыргызской Республики

регулироваться только законами, действуют впредь до введения в
действие соответствующих законов.
