Невыплата должностным лицом нанимателя единовременного пособия и сумм возмещения вреда работникам, полностью или частично утратившим трудоспособность в результате несчастного случая на производстве или профессионального заболевания, - влечет наложение административного штрафа от десяти до двадцати расчетных показателей.
