Отказ администрации (работодателя) предоставить зарегистрированному кандидату в депутаты или на иную выборную должность, доверенному лицу кандидата либо члену избирательной комиссии предусмотренный законом отпуск для участия в подготовке и проведении выборов в органы государственной власти или в органы местного самоуправления - влечет наложение административного штрафа на должностных лиц от двадцати до ста расчетных показателей.
