Приобретение, хранение, передача другим лицам или продажа гражданами огнестрельного (охотничьего) оружия без разрешения органов внутренних дел - влекут наложение административного штрафа от пяти до десяти расчетных показателей с конфискацией оружия или без таковой. Те же действия, предусмотренные частью первой настоящей статьи, совершенные повторно в течение года после применения мер административного взыскания, - влекут наложение административного штрафа от десяти до двадцати расчетных показателей с конфискацией оружия.
