Невыдача, необеспечение выдачи чека покупателю (клиенту) или выдача чека с указанием суммы, менее уплаченной, при осуществлении денежных расчетов с населением - влекут наложение административного штрафа на граждан - десять, на должностных лиц - пятьдесят расчетных показателей. Те же действия, предусмотренные частью первой настоящей статьи, совершенные повторно в течение года после применения мер административного взыскания, - влекут наложение административного штрафа на граждан - двадцать, на должностных лиц - сто расчетных показателей.
