Неисполнение либо ненадлежащее исполнение лицами, осуществляющими частную ветеринарную практику, профессиональных обязанностей, злоупотребление своими полномочиями, нарушение законодательства в области ветеринарии, сокрытие фактов возникновения заразных болезней животных и обстоятельств, создающих угрозу их возникновения и распространения, - влекут наложение административного штрафа на физических лиц - в размере сорока, на юридических лиц - в размере ста расчетных показателей.
