Ввоз и вывоз подкарантинных грузов и транзитная их перевозка на территории Кыргызской Республики и за ее пределы из карантинной зоны без наличия фитосанитарного сертификата, выдаваемого государственными органами по карантину растений страны-экспортера, и импортного карантинного разрешения - влекут наложение административного штрафа на граждан - восемьдесят, на должностных лиц - сто расчетных показателей.
