Порча сельскохозяйственных угодий и других земель или уничтожение плодородного слоя, загрязнение их химическими и радиоактивными веществами, бактериально-паразитическими или карантинными животными и растительными организмами, производственными и иными отходами и сточными водами - влекут наложение административного штрафа на граждан - в размере семидесяти пяти расчетных показателей, на должностных лиц - в размере ста восьмидесяти расчетных показателей с привлечением к общественным работам на восемь часов.
