Пользование водными объектами без лицензии на право водопользования или после истечения установленных сроков пользования, в случаях, когда получение такого разрешения необходимо в соответствии с законодательством, - влечет наложение административного штрафа на граждан - в размере семидесяти пяти, на должностных лиц - в размере ста восьмидесяти расчетных показателей.
