Нарушение недропользователями сроков ввода в эксплуатацию объектов, предусмотренных условиями лицензирования по объектам общегосударственного значения, - влечет наложение административного штрафа на юридических лиц от пятидесяти тысяч до ста тысяч расчетных показателей.
