1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня опубликования ("Эркин-Тоо" от 5 декабря 1997 года № 109).
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики:
- привести в соответствие с настоящим Законом свои нормативные правовые акты;
- подготовить и внести в установленном порядке предложения о внесении изменений и дополнений в законодательство Кыргызской Республики в связи с принятием настоящего Закона.
