Контроль за доставкой получателям документов обязательного экземпляра возлагается на учреждения и организации, осуществляющие регистрацию и учет соответствующих видов обязательного экземпляра. Сведения о недопоставленном обязательном экземпляре представляются в государственные органы исполнительной власти, выдавшие разрешительные удостоверения на право выпуска документов.
