Договор о залоге, заключенный специальным администратором после начала процедуры специального администрирования, признается недействительным, кроме договора о залоге, заключенного в целях удовлетворения требований кредиторов или восстановления платежеспособности должника по согласованию с судом (при специальном администрировании с участием суда) и собранием кредиторов (без участия суда).
