1. Регистрацию генеральных, отраслевых (тарифных) и местных
соглашений осуществляют соответственно Правительство Кыргызской
Республики, Министерство труда и социальной защиты и кенеши
Кыргызской Республики по месту нахождения одной из сторон соглашения.
2. Регистрация соглашений осуществляется по совместной инициативе
договаривающихся сторон. В регистрации может быть отказано, если
не соблюдены процедурные требования.
