1. Реализацию политики занятости населения и обеспечения гражданам
соответствующих гарантий на всей территории Кыргызской Республики
осуществляет государственная служба занятости.
2. Государственная служба занятости осуществляет свои функции в
соответствии с положением, утверждаемым Правительством Кыргызской
Республики.
