Статья 531. Оплата труда домашних работников

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Оплата труда домашних работников производится в размерах,
определяемых по соглашению сторон.
2. Записи о расчете по оплате труда ежемесячно вносятся
нанимателем в расчетную книжку, которая выдается работнику местным
органом по труду.
3. Оплата труда домашнего работника подлежит обложению налогами на
общих основаниях.
