Статья 494. Выходное пособие

1. Работникам, занятым на сезонных работах, выходное пособие
выплачивается в случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом, а также
при расторжении трудового договора согласно пункту первому части
второй статьи 492.
2. Выходное пособие работникам, занятым на сезонных работах,
выплачивается в размере недельного среднего размера оплаты труда, а в
случаях призыва или поступления на военную службу - в размере
двухнедельного среднего размера оплаты труда.
