Статья 482. Временные работники

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Временными признаются работники, принятые на работу на срок до
двух месяцев, а для замещения временно отсутствующих работников, за
которыми сохраняется их место работы (должность), - до четырех
месяцев.
2. На временных работников распространяется действие
законодательства о труде с изъятиями, установленными настоящей главой.
