The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Выплата сумм в возмещение вреда производится нанимателем,
ответственным за причиненный вред.
2. В случае реорганизации или ликвидации нанимателя выплата сумм в
возмещение вреда производится правопреемником, а при его отсутствии
органом социального обеспечения.
