Совет предприятия:
1) представляет интересы работников - не членов профсоюзов перед
нанимателем;
2) выделяет представителя или создает комиссии для ведения
коллективных переговоров с нанимателем;
3) избирает председателя совета, его заместителя и секретаря;
4) утверждает регламент работы совета;
5) решает другие вопросы, связанные с представлением интересов
работников.
