1. Наниматель обязан возместить потерпевшему, получившему трудовое
увечье, моральный вред (физические и нравственные страдания).
2. Моральный вред работнику возмещается в денежной или иной
материальной форме и его размер определяется судом или по соглашению
между нанимателем и потерпевшим.
