Работникам, успешно обучающимся в вечерних и заочных высших и
средних профессиональных учебных заведениях, имеющих
государственную аккредитацию, по направлению (заявке) нанимателя либо
в соответствии с заключенными с ним договорами (на подготовку,
коллективным или трудовым), предоставляются льготы, предусмотренные
статьями 347-350 настоящего Кодекса и другими законодательными актами
Кыргызской Республики.
