Статья 241. Расчетные книжки

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Всем работникам, труд которых оплачивается сдельно, наниматель
обязан выдавать по истечении пяти дней после приема на работу
расчетные книжки.
2. В расчетные книжки записываются условия труда и расчеты по
оплате труда.
3. Расходы по изготовлению расчетных книжек и их выдаче несет
наниматель.
4. Правила ведения расчетных книжек устанавливаются в порядке,
определяемом Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
