1. Объединения нанимателей создаются для защиты при использовании
наемного труда экономических интересов своих членов и развития
социального партнерства с работниками (их представителями) и
государственными органами.
2. Объединения нанимателей могут быть общегосударственными,
отраслевыми, территориальными.
