Статья 198. Срок выплаты среднего размера оплаты труда за время отпуска

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Наниматель обязан выплатить средний размер оплаты труда за
время отпуска не позднее чем за два дня до начала отпуска.
2. При несвоевременной выплате отпускных наниматель должен
возместить ущерб. Выплата задержанных отпускных производится в
полуторном размере.
