The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 4 августа 2004 года № 107.
1. Работник имеет право использовать перерыв по своему усмотрению.
2. Во время перерывов работник может отлучаться с места выполнения
работы.
3. Право выхода за пределы предприятия, учреждения, организации
может быть ограничено правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка.
