Для лиц, совершивших преступление до исполнения возраста восемнадцати лет, сроки погашения судимости, предусмотренные статьей 76 настоящего Кодекса сокращаются и соответственно равны:
1) двум годам после отбытия лишения свободы за преступление небольшой тяжести;
2) трем годам после отбытия наказания за менее тяжкое преступление;
3) пяти годам после отбытия наказания за тяжкое преступление;
4) семи годам после отбытия наказания за особо тяжкое преступление.
