(1) Доведение лица до самоубийства или покушения на него путем угроз, жестокого обращения или систематического унижения личного достоинства - наказывается лишением свободы на срок от двух до пяти лет. (2) То же деяние, совершенное в отношении малолетнего либо лица, находившегося в материальной или иной зависимости от виновного, - наказывается лишением свободы на срок от трех до семи лет.
