Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О таможенном тарифе" (Ведомости Верховного Совета Республики Кыргызстан, 1993 г., N 1, ст.8) следующее изменение: Последний абзац статьи 14 раздела III "Таможенные пошлины и их виды" изложить в следующей редакции: "Таможенные пошлины, в том числе на предметы личного пользования, утверждаются ежегодно в IV квартале Жогорку Кенешем Кыргызской Республики по перечню и ставкам, представляемым Правительством Кыргызской Республики".
