Недропользователи обязаны заключать соглашения с владельцами земельных прав на пользование земельными участками. Если владелец земельных прав намерен изменить свои ирригационные и другие системы в сельскохозяйственных целях и такие изменения могут влиять на геологоразведочные и (или) горные работы, то он обязан получить на это разрешение государственного органа по недропользованию.
