Концессия на пользование недрами предоставляется на конкурсной основе в соответствии с Законом "О концессиях и иностранных концессионных предприятиях в Кыргызской Республике". Плата за концессию устанавливается в зависимости от природной ценности месторождения и не может быть меньше рентной прибыли от его освоения на момент подписания концессионного договора.
