1. Плательщиками сбора являются юридические и физические лица
(владельцы строений).
2. Размер ставки сбора определяется в городах и районах решениями
местных кенешей, в поселках, селах и аилах - на собраниях и
сходах граждан в зависимости от закрепленной площади и численности
работающих на предприятии (для юридических лиц), размера строений,
числа жителей дома (для физических лиц), но не более 25 процентов
размера минимальной месячной заработной платы и уплачивается в
соответствующий бюджет один раз в год до 1 апреля текущего года.
