Структура Правительства определяется Президентом Кыргызской
Республики.
В структуру Правительства входят министерства и государственные
комитеты. Если законодательством Кыргызской Республики не
предусмотрено иное, положения настоящего Закона, касающиеся
министерств и их руководителей, в равной степени относятся к Фонду
государственного имущества Кыргызской Республики.
