1. Судья не применяет законы и другие нормативные правовые акты,
противоречащие настоящей Конституции.
2. Правосудие отправляется бесплатно в случаях, предусмотренных
законом, а также в любом случае, когда лица, участвующие в судебном
разбирательстве, предъявят доказательства, что не имеют достаточных
средств для его ведения.
3. Принципы правосудия, не предусмотренные в настоящей Конститу-
