1. Граждане Кыргызской Республики имеют право на отдых.
2. Максимальная продолжительность рабочего времени, минимальный
еженедельный отдых и оплачиваемый ежегодный отпуск, а также иные основ-
ные условия осуществления права на отдых определяются законом.
