1. Свободы и права, установленные Конституцией, не являются исчер-
пывающими, и они не должны толковаться как отрицание или умаление дру-
гих общепризнанных прав и свобод человека.
2. Каждый обязан соблюдать Конституцию и законы Кыргызской Респуб-
лики, уважать свободы, права, честь и достоинство других лиц.
3. Каждый, кто реализует свои права и свободы, не должен ограничи-
вать права и свободы других.
