Агентский договор прекращается вследствие: отказа одной из сторон от исполнения договора, заключенного без определения срока окончания его действия; смерти агента, признания его недееспособным, ограниченно дееспособным или безвестно отсутствующим; признания индивидуального предпринимателя, являющегося агентом, несостоятельным (банкротом).
