1. Если договором купли-продажи предусмотрена обязанность продавца передать покупателю определенный набор товаров в комплекте (комплект товаров), обязательство считается исполненным с момента передачи всех товаров, включенных в комплект.
2. Если иное не предусмотрено договором купли-продажи и не вытекает из существа обязательства, продавец обязан передать покупателю все товары, входящие в комплект, одновременно.
