Нотариус, другое должностное лицо, удостоверяющее завещание, а также гражданин, подписывающий завещание вместо завещателя, не вправе до открытия наследства разглашать сведения, касающиеся содержания завещания, его составления, отмены или изменения и несут ответственность, предусмотренную законом.
